Macro in May

Last (last, last) weekend with his Mr Bloom hat.

It was a moving things along weekend - nothing earth-shattering but kind of satisfying. (Btw chicks grow v.fast - this is me trying to creep up on them while they slept.)

This Week

We got chicks! N had four Bluebell chicks for his birthday from Grandma and Grandad. (Bluebells are a hybrid breed (Maran and Rhode Island Red) and we've got four different shades of grey. Can't wait to see how they turn out!) For now though it's 35 degrees for the first week and then 5 degrees less for the next, then pot on, thin out and harden off...or something like that.
