We did a Paris - Amsterdam - Berlin loop with a mid-week stop in a Dutch Centre Parcs just south of Amsterdam. We knew we had to take it steady with a two year old, so we planned our days around EAT, SLEEP, PLAY and got on as many boats, bikes and buses as we could.
